Design Inspiration

MAYAN MOON

Design inspired by the Mayan cosmogony, where the forces of nature coexist and become reasons for worship. The celestial vault is an arc in the shape of a snake, Ka'an, that crosses the firmament, carrying in its body the representation of the stars. While the moon Ix Chel, a multifaceted female deity, guards the night, granting fertility to the Earth to give rise to birth and creation.
